Room rates are based on double occupancy per night. Villa rates are based on 1-7 persons.

Please Note:

There is a €25 Euro surcharge / discount per person other than double occupancy, except the Villa.
Children under 12, accompanied by adult family, stay for free.
All pricing is officially quoted, guaranteed and confirmed in Euros.
Due to exchange rate fluctuations US $ rates are subject to change.
A monthly exchange rate is provided for payments in US $.

Reservation Conditions:

A €1.50/person/night Government Room Tax is not included and will be added to your final hotel bill.
Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of €500 deposit, 50% of total stay for La Villa.
Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations received 30 or more days prior to arrival date will get their deposit refunded.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be penalized in the amount of €200.
Deposits for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date for La Villa are not refundable.
Refunds for cancellations will be issued in the same currency as the deposit.
