Announcement Steve Payne is to be Club Orient's GM

It is with great pleasure that I welcome Steve Payne to Club Orient as Acting General Manager. His status as General Manager will be formalized after completion of government employment formalities.

Many of you already know Steve and his wife, Linda. They operated the Papagayo very successfully for five years during the late '80s and early '90s.

Steve brings a wealth of talent to our club. He is a University of Denver Hotel School graduate with extensive experience in food and beverage (in addition to his tenure at Papagayo). He was the developer of Desert Shadows, a major nudist resort in Palm Springs, California. He and Linda are well known in the naturist community with contacts worldwide. This will, no doubt, enhance our marketing efforts, which are so critical at this time. Steve arrives alone tonight while Linda stays in California making preparations for the move to St. Martin.

Please give Steve and Linda a warm welcome during your next visit to Club O. I know they are eager to reconnect with old friends here as well as meet new ones. We are very fortunate to have them joining us at Club Orient, and I am very much looking forward to working with them.
