Reminder:
- August 16-September 12 - The Papagayo Restaurant is closed for annual maintenance and upgrades, but the Perch will be open for dinner.
- September 13 - October 16 - The Perch takes its turn being closed for maintenance and repairs.

- A €1.50/person/night Government Room Tax is not included and will be added to your final hotel bill.
- Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of €500 deposit, 50% of total stay for La Villa.
- Specific rooms cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be penalized in the amount of €200, less than 7 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the deposit will be kept.
- The room rates are based on double occupancy (2 persons per room). *
- There is a €25.00 discount per night for single occupancy (1 person per room).
- There will be an additional charge of €25.00 per person for occupancy by more than 2 persons. *Except for the Villa
- All pricing is officially quoted, guaranteed and confirmed in Euros (€).
- Deposits for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date for La Villa are not refundable.
- All rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
